The Advanced Interpersonal Communication Series consists of Building Relationships, Communication with Co-Workers, and Communicating to Build a Positive Culture.

Building Relationships offers the student guidelines for asking and answering questions, using nonverbal communication and power, and giving feedback when building relationships. The program also describes the various communication styles and offers techniques to use when communicating with them.

Communicating with Co-Workers offers the student suggestions for communicating with individuals who hold various roles in an organization, such as peers, supervisors, subordinates, and customers/vendors. This program also offers guidelines for promoting ideas and handling human resource issues, such as negotiating raises and dismissing subordinates.

Communicating to Build a Positive Culture gives the student an overview of the dimensions of organizational culture and how communication perpetuates an organization's culture. This program also defines what a cultural network is and offers guidelines for using the cultural network to your advantage. Steps for empowering employees are also offered in this program.

User will be setup on the IP System 3 learning site for a post test, PMI certificate of completion for PDU credit (70% of higher score) and a course evaluation. The certificate can be printed directly from the learning site. The training documentation will be kept on record for one year in our office as part of the PMI REP requirements.
