The CAPM credential is designed for professionals who provide specialized skills to a project team, for aspiring project managers and for graduate and undergraduate students who are studying project mangement.

The course covers the project management framework, project integration management, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project risk management, project quality management, project procurement management and project communications management. The course also contains two CAPM practice exams that will help the student focus their skills. The course is eligable for 20 contact hours out of the 23 needed for CAPM eligibility requirements.

User will be setup on the IP System 3 learning site for a post test, PMI certificate of completion for PDU credit (70% of higher score) and a course evaluation. The certificate can be printed directly from the learning site. The training documentation will be kept on record for one year in our office as part of the PMI REP requirements.

  • An orientation to the concepts and format of the 150 Question Mujltiple-choice CAPM® Certification Exam, including a review profile of question breakdown by process group
  • An opportunity to take a 100-question practice exam modeled after questions encountered on the CAPM® Certification Exam
  • Identification of key areas for further development in order to create a personal learning plan
  • A review of successful studying and test-taking techniques from certified PMP®s
  • A broad general knowledge of project management organized into five groups of one or more processes
  • Specific knowledge of the nine major knowledge areas of the PMBOK and how they link to the other knowledge areas
  • Familiarity with the 44 processes with associated Inputs, Tools and Techniques, and Outputs
  • A broad knowledge of the key concepts of applied project management across all industries; Project and Product Life Cycles, Projects versus organizational work, Stakeholder influence over time, Organizational influences on projects, The Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle, Process Group Interactions, Relationship of the Knowledge Areas and the Process Groups
